Hi! I’m Carla.

I am an interactive media instructor in the College of Media and Entertainment and a doctoral student in the College of Graduate Studies at Middle Tennessee State University.

I’m a content creator and community organizer, serving as the lead organizer for Craft Content Nashville for nearly a decade. I’ve also co-hosted a college football podcast for 13 years.

Oh, and I’m a toddler mom who enjoys playing the piano, choral singing, and listening to vinyl with my husband. I’m also hopelessly addicted to coffee and home renovation shows on HGTV.

My favorite phrase these days? “Life is life-ing.” But at least we’ll have some great stories to tell along the way.
